You’ll want your stationery to reflect you and your visions while incorporating any colours or themes you have chosen, allowing your stationery to perfectly compliment your venue, giving it the ‘wow’ factor.

So, how does it all work?
Please contact me in the first instance, you can either send an email or give me a call. Depending on your location I will offer a free of charge consultation to discuss your requirements, I feel is it really important for you to know your supplier. Where a meeting is not possible we can schedule a phone or video conversation.
To allow me to get an insight into your needs and to start the quoting process I will ask you to confirm some details however, I understand all of these may not yet been finalised;
- Your wedding date
- Rough guest numbers
- Your location
- Stationery requirements
- Stationery style
After discussing your stationery needs a quote will be provided. Although every effort is taken to offer you an accurate quote, as the job evolves requirements often change, the initial quote is subject to change and revised quotes will be supplied where applicable.
A 50% payment will be required on accepting the quote, before the design process starts with the final 50% payable before the job goes to print.
On receipt of the signed contract and first payment the design process will start. Initially we would have discussed your visions, talking about theme, colours, styles, etc to allow a price to be generated, from this rough designs will be sketched and once an idea is in place the digital designs will be created.
When the artwork has been set, a digital proof will be sent to you. Although great care is taken throughout the process I ask that proofs are checked for accuracy as any missed errors could result in a re-print at the customers expense. Once the digital proof has been finalised a printed proof will be produced, this is also an idea opportunity for the final checks.
On acceptance of the proofs, the final 50% payment will be requested. Once this has been received the production of the stationery can start. Any full colour printed stationery will be professionally printed offering you the highest possible finish, all stationery will be lovingly hand assembled and hand finished.
I will keep in close contact with you through the whole process and be in touch as soon as the order is ready. The items will be packed ready for collection or delivery depending on what was originally quoted.
